In compliance with the revised laws passed by the Texas 2011 Legislature, to be enforceable, all documents which define the governance of the Association a.k.a. "Dedicatory Instruments" must be posted on the Association web site and filed with the County Clerk.
These documents are posted below and can be viewed and printed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The above Bylaws is an amended and restated version which incorporates the four previous amendments and the changes necessary to bring it into compliance with the 2011 legislation. During this restatement the opportunity has been taken to remove the language that was in the original version reflecting the transition from management by the Developer to the owners via the Board of Directors.
The above document will be submitted for approval by the Members of the Association at the 2012 Annual General Meeting. Until that time the original Bylaws and amendments given below are still in effect. Note that during this transition period, where the language in the previous versions is in conflict with the 2011 legislation, the new legislation takes precedence.
