You can also pay your maintenance fees via this site using a credit card, but note if you do so a $20 surcharge will be added by NPC/Retriever the company that processes the credit card payment. Note that when completing the on-line payment form, the Assoc. I.D. for the Settlement is the 960 that is embedded in the Account Number shown on your invoice.

Williamsburg Settlement Maintenance Association (WSMA) contracts with PCMI to provide the services required for the management of the subdivion affairs. PCMI is the entity that should be the first contact for resident issues and concerns. This contact can be via either telephone or their web site.
