Minimum age for Unaccompanied Children at the Pool
A child should be at least 11 years of age and be able to swim the length of the pool. Otherwise, the child must be accompanied by a person at least 16 years of age.
TThe 2012 pool season will open based on the schedule outlined below. Hours of operation for 2012 will be as follows:
May 5 – 28
Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Memorial Day 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
June 1 – August 26
Mondays Closed
Tuesday – Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
August 27 – August 31 Closed
September 1, 2, 3
Saturday – Sunday11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Monday (Labor Day) 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
If the pool is open on a Monday for a Holiday, it will be closed the following day (Tuesday) for cleaning.
The following qualifications must be met in order to use the pool facilities:
1.Must wear swim tags at all times while at the pool
2.Must be resident member in good standing and all guests must be accompanied by a member while visiting the community pool.
3.TO OBTAIN TAGS, YOU MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE ASSOCIATION. ALL MAINTENANCE FEES MUST BE PAID AND ALL DEED RESTRICTION VIOLATIONS CURED. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO REGISTRATION.
Pool tags will be available for pickup at the clubhouse for residents whose maintenance fees are current. Official pool registration days will be:
Sunday – April 1, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday – April 7, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Please make every effort to pick up your 2012 tags on one of these two registration days. Members who request tags at a later date will be required to pay a $10.00 handling fee.

Anyone needing to pick up pool tags AFTER the above registration days will have to mail their $10 check to the attention of Dolores Sue at PCMI giving their name, residence address, telephone number and/or email address and the number of tags required.
PCMI will check to confirm that they are in good standing and convey this to Dave Ellis who will telephone or send an email to inform the requestor that the tags are ready for pick-up at his residence.
Please note that this process will take a few days and tags will not be issued prematurely. NO EXCEPTIONS! So it is in everyone's interest to avail themselves of the opportunity to get their tags at one of the two above registration days.
The pool is available for private parties during the swim season subject to the posted Pool Rules and the following restrictions:
RULES FOR POOL RENTAL
During Pool Hours:
• Tuesday - Friday, use of pool during open hours is restricted to 20 or fewer persons (adults and children)
• Saturday, Sunday & Holidays, use of pool during open hours is restricted to 10 or fewer persons (adults and children)
• Parties must schedule ahead of time
• Only 1 group at a time
• A $50.00 refundable deposit is required
After hours:
• Fee 1-49 people $ 50.00
50 plus $ 75.00
• A $150.00 refundable deposit is required (No exceptions!)
• Private pool parties may start at 8:00pm. They must end by 11:00pm.
The person holding the party is responsible to arrange and pay for qualified lifeguards.
A minimum of 2 lifeguards required.
Parties over 50 people need an additional lifeguard per 25 people.
