PARKING
Please be aware that for safety reasons and consideration of Hoyt residents who live opposite, street parking is prohibited direcly outside of the Clubhouse. The "No Parking" area is clearly identified by signs that have been installed by the County and violators may receive citations. Please use the Association car park whenever space is available.
During the 2024 swim season the pool will open on the days listed on the schedule below. Hours of operation for 2024 will be as follows:
May 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 24 - 27, 29 - 31
Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Memorial Day (May 27, 2024) 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
June – August 1 – 4, 6 - 11, 17, 18, 24, 25 and 31
Mondays Closed
Tuesday – Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Independence Day (July 4) 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m
September 1, 2, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29
Saturday – Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Labor Day (September 2, 2024) 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
If the pool is open on a Monday for a Holiday, it will be closed the following day (Tuesday) for cleaning. Dates subject to minor change based on KISD Calendar.
To enter the Pool area, at every visit all residents will be required to display a pool tag which can be obtained using the process described below.

In order to get your POOL TAGS for this season, please go to
www.Crest-Management.com and click on the "Request Pool Tags/Access Device" button and follow the prompts on the "Access Device Request" form.
If you are a resident in good standing and current on assessments your pool tags will then be mailed to you at no cost.
To avoid the mailing delay, tags can be picked up at the Crest office but in this case a $20 handling charge will apply.

POOL PARTIES
The pool is available for private parties during the swim season (only), subject to the posted pool rules and the following restrictions.
Only 1 group at a time.
Parties must be scheduled at least 2 weeks ahead of time.
Parties held during open hours are restricted to 20 or fewer persons (adults and children) who will be entering the water and do not have their own pool tags and a total of not more than 60 persons in total within the pool area.
Parties that include a total of between 15 and 40 swimmers (i.e. including those who have their own pool tags) are required to hire one additional lifeguard.
Parties that include a total of more than 40 swimmers (i.e. including those who have their own pool tags) are required to hire two additional lifeguards.
Parties that are longer than two hours are required to hire one additional lifeguard.
There will be a $20 set up fee for any party requiring an additional lifeguard.
Parties requiring an additional lifeguard(s) cannot be booked after August 1st
The charge for the additional guard(s) will be $35 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
If at any time the number of swimmers in the water or the number of persons within the pool area (including regular pool users who are not members of the party) exceeds the limits that can be safely managed by the lifeguards on duty then the guards have the authority to ask some swimmers to leave the water or in extreme cases to close the pool.
Two responsible adults must be in the pool area at all times acting as chaperons to ensure the good behavior of all members of the party.
Party to be over and the area cleaned up by pool closing at 8 PM.

After Hours:
After Hours Parties are only available prior to August 1 and must be scheduled at least 2 weeks ahead of time.
Rental Fees: 1-49 people - $70; Over 50 - $95.
Private pool parties may only be scheduled on days on which the pool is open and on which parties are not shown as being blocked on the Clubhouse/Pool Bookings calendar. The parties may start at 8 PM and must end, the area cleaned up and the facility vacated by the scheduled end of the party, either 10 or 11 PM, as selected on the booking form. The lifeguards will clear the pool 15 minutes prior to end time.
One responsible adult for every 10 persons under the age of 21 must be in the pool area at all times acting as chaperones to ensure the good behavior of all members of the party.
Lifeguards will be booked by the Association from the pool management company which will charge a $20 setup fee. There will be a minimum of 2 lifeguards plus an additional guard for every 25 persons in excess of 40 who will be entering the pool. The per-lifeguard hourly fee is $35.
The cost for the lifeguards will be added to the rental fee and will be payable by the renter to the Association at the time the booking is confirmed.
